Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TweetX (the “Service”), provided at tweetx.ai and via our Chrome extension. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The deal

We provide AI tweet scheduling, AI-drafted replies, and analytics for X (Twitter). You use it to grow your account, manage clients, or run brand campaigns. You pay for the plan you sign up for (Free, Pro $15/mo, Growth $39/mo). We bill via Stripe.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity under your account. If you connect X (Twitter) accounts, you confirm you have authority to do so.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TweetX to:

• Violate X's platform terms (no spam, no mass-follow/unfollow, no harassment).
• Generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
• Impersonate other people or run inauthentic accounts.
• Resell the Service or its outputs without a written agency agreement with us.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We will refund unused paid time if we terminate without cause.

4. AI-generated content

You own the output you generate through TweetX, subject to AI provider terms (OpenAI, Anthropic). You are responsible for reviewing AI-drafted content before publishing — we do not auto-publish without your explicit confirmation.

5. Subscription and refunds

Paid plans bill monthly or annually. Cancel any time from the dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds within 14 days of first paid purchase by request to hello@tweetx.ai.

6. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. Outages on X's side (or X API changes) are outside our control.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict of laws principles. Disputes go to the courts of Delaware.
